Feb 3, 10, & 17 - Exploring Watercolor with Deena Ball (via Zoom)

A three week exploration of the fundamentals of watercolor. Students will learn to control the ratio of water to pigment, recognize and create value differences and mix luminous colors. The class format will be on zoom., with additional instructional PDFs and homework assignments. Through a series of watercolor exercises students will become proficient enough to complete a landscape painting in the final session.

  2. Pay It Forward - You may pay for yourself & make an additional donation for someone else who may not currently be able to afford the class on their own = $100+

RiverArts is committed to accessible programming and to compensating artists and instructors fairly. We are offering virtual classes on a 'pay what you can' basis. Those with limited funds are welcome to enjoy full access to the class for a small donation. Those who are able are invited to pay more, to support access to art experiences for all.
