THIS CLASS IS FULL!
Saturday, November 6 : 2 - 3:30 pm (and return from 5-5:30 pm to finish)
Adults and teens welcome!
Join us to naturally dye a one-of-a-kind scarf. We’ll use fresh eucalyptus leaves to create a unique pattern on a silk or a wool gauze scarf. Through the magic of eco dyeing the leaves impart their color to the cloth. In the morning session you’ll put your scarf together, place them in the dye bath and talk about the process. While the scarves are dyeing you’ll have free time from 3:30 to 5:00 pm to visit the downtown shops or have a coffee. At 5:00 p.m. we’ll remove the scarves from the bath and have the “big reveal”.
We have updated our Covid safety policy as of August 3, 2021. To help us keep our spaces open while protecting our visitors, staff, instructors, and volunteers during the current surge:
