March 16: Paper Flowers with Pearl Uva (via Zoom)

Tuesday, March 16, 6-7 pm

Learn how to make beautiful paper flowers from book pages & other fun papers you have at your home. Two or three different styles of flowers will be demonstrated, and you'll have a chance to make your own and ask questions. 

Suggested supplies:

  • Your choice of paper (book pages, origami paper, normal printing paper, etc) Choose a few different styles, colors, and sizes 
  • Wet glue (will work better than stick glue)
  • Scissors
  • A wooden skewer, such as those used for kebabs 
  • A cup or jar with an opening diameter of about a few inches (optional)  
  • Quilling pin (optional)

RiverArts is committed to accessible programming and to compensating artists and instructors fairly. We are offering virtual classes on a 'pay what you can' basis. Those with limited funds are welcome to enjoy full access to the class for a small donation. Those who are able are invited to pay more, to support access to art experiences for all.
