Emma Williams Gilligan - Jewelry - Emma was Dine’ (Navajo) from Cameron, Western Navajo, Arizona, who lived most recently in Columbia, Maryland, although she passed away at Cameron. Her mother Jeannette was a famous weaver; her father was a champion bronco rider; both darling people. Emma’s beadwork has been in the Smithsonian’s NMAI. The work Selkie will show in her behalf includes necklaces, hair barrettes, earrings, and a cuff bracelet."
